Working with me one-on-one at Inner Summit Wellness, you will learn how to manage your time, stress, and sleep hygiene, as well as find meaningful workouts that get you excited to summit your goals.

As a Wellness Coach and a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, my approach is grounded in years of expertise in evidence-based science, client-centered care, and my own journey of finding confidence in myself by overcoming my own challenges.

I don’t rely on trends or gimmicks, because lasting results come from understanding what the body needs, how to create those needs, and why those needs are important.

You’ll learn how to create workouts designed specifically to you that improve your strength, endurance, and stability, in order to trust your body and feel confident to hike, climb, and backpack without fear of re-injury.

Whether you start at home, outdoors on the trail, or even step into the gym, I meet you exactly where you are.
